Interactive Research Guide
1.8M+ employees represented in the research, translated into an interactive experience designed to turn complex findings into actionable insights.
Overview
In 2022, Culture Amp’s people scientists analyzed data from more than 1.8 million employees across 2,483 companies to understand how organizations could build resilient, culture-first foundations amid economic and geopolitical uncertainty. I designed an interactive research experience that translated those findings into an approachable digital journey, helping leaders understand the research, explore where their organization stood, and identify actionable insights.

Challenge
The research surfaced a complex web of findings, but the challenge was making them understandable and useful without overwhelming people. There was a large amount of content to consolidate across the research, interactive experience, quiz, and promotional campaign, while ensuring each piece worked together as part of a clear journey.
I worked closely with the Campaign Manager to map the interlinking assets and promotional needs, asking questions early to understand how each piece needed to connect and what the broader campaign required.
Solution
The landing page became a context-rich deep dive into the research, while an interactive sorting quiz gave people a more personal entry point, helping them understand where their organization stood and surfacing actionable insights.
Working closely with the Lead Research People Scientist, Copywriter, and development team across three time zones, I iterated quickly through a short turnaround and limited resources. Rather than relying on complex visual treatments, we used typography, color, and lightweight interaction to create hierarchy and guide attention toward the findings with the greatest potential impact.
Reflection
The project reinforced that complex research doesn't need a complex interface. By focusing the experience around a clear journey, we were able to give a substantial body of research structure and momentum, moving people from understanding the context to seeing how the findings could apply to their own organization.
It also showed the value of getting close to the content and campaign early. Mapping the relationships between research, interactive content, and promotion helped the experience work as part of a broader system rather than as a standalone landing page.
